Found this by accident, which is my favorite way to find things. I could just watch it over and over a hundred times, simply to see his graceful feet move effortlessly across the floor. He is a wonderful dancer and I just had to share his gift. The other dancers are of course, also wonderful, it’s just the man who opens the number is incredibly light on his feet, and it seems impossible he can do what he does. So enjoy…….I hope.

There are many reasons to be concerned right now – fires raging in British Columbia and northern Saskatchewan and a hurricane brewing down south. We are having a terrible drought here, many crops already ruined due to lack of moisture. I have been told they will not recover even if we do by chance get some rain now. There is little sign of anything but more hot sun and wind in our forecast, more concerning is the possibility of thunder storms, or perhaps tornadoes in some areas. Mother Nature always gets the last word.
So yes it’s time to dance, dance for freedom, for the love of life and for friendship and new beginnings. As we prepare to open back up, I know most feel this is the end of the nightmare, but I know it is just the beginning. For me it is all the more reason to dance, dance, dance. Most days at work, I feel overwhelmed by sadness, anger or frustration. Battling these emotions, not my own, I begin tonight to see the need to just crank up the music and dance. Fill your space with the beauty of positive energy, let it spill out onto the street from your window. Don’t think about how hot it is, winter is just around the corner already. Just let the heat limber up muscles long forgotten and feel the rhythm of your favorite song as it pulses around you. Music has a life of its own, it breathes that life into a wide radius, the energy uplifting and encouraging others to join in. Let it fill your heart, then share that light and love with someone else……….

For a few minutes, let all your worries disappear into the sound as it carries you into a better space emotionally.
