Recently I came to think of the yin yang symbol as being a perfect representation of the human body. I’m not sure why I have not recognized this before, but then perhaps it has always been there in the back of my mind, just waiting to be rediscovered.
Balance, the most important aspect of life. Without balance, we quickly fall into different problems which complicate our lives. Our body is a perfectly designed and constructed vehicle, created by God, or whatever spiritual name you wish to name. The beauty of the miracle we often seem to forget to acknowledge, truly amazes me with its capacity to heal and survive.
Germs are a part of our life, we cannot escape them, just as we cannot stop breathing if we wish to live. The body works best when there is balance between the good and bad germs. As with many things, if we eliminate one problem, we tend to create another because of the absence of what we considered bad.
For example; coyotes are well hated by most ranchers and farmers, and so many go to extreme lengths to kill them all. But coyotes eat gophers. As the coyotes die off, the gophers thrive, the scales of balance now tipped in the favor of the rodents which also cause many problems for ranchers and farmers.

Another example of this destructive behaviour is the use of chemicals to control weeds (or what we consider weeds). Many “weeds” in fact have medicinal properties which would benefit those who choose to destroy them. The poisons which seep into the earth, the water and then into our bodies now tipping the scales as our food is slowly removed of any nutritional value. As the soil dies, so do we, from things like cancer heart and lung disease and brain deterioration, all because we felt “the weeds” were the destructive force we needed to eliminate. The chemicals used far more devastating than the weeds could have ever been. Perception is lost when we choose to create imbalance.

The process of tipping the scales in favor of what we want, rather than what we need, tends to lead to this destructive quality. Our ability to return to balance made more difficult by the act of tipping alone. The further we get from a balanced lifestyle, the more difficult it is to see how we ended up needing an inhaler, a knee brace, a heart bypass or something as drastic as chemotherapy. Arthritis, just one example of this line of thinking, is an affliction many suffer from, caused mainly by improper diet. I have attached a link from Dr. Christopher explaining the definition and the cause. The possible natural healing aids are also included. This is just an example of how we can sometimes take a long and winding road towards having health issues which are caused by imbalance due to choices we make.

Last night I attended a political rally, disguised as call to arms against COVID restrictions. Of course they led with reasons why we should be exercising our right to choose, but they lost me when they began talking about the beef industry and it’s importance. This was the moment I realized this was a political venue, and certainly not one I will support.
I was a vegetarian for the first 2-3 years of my life, forced to eat meat when I was brought to Canada. This caused my body to become unbalanced. Coupled with the torture, loss of my family and the loving environment they provided me with, you can imagine how completely out of balance I became. The road back has been long and difficult, my trip to the iridologist years ago, marking the beginning of the most important journey of my life…….the path back to self. Unfortunately I can do nothing about the toxic environment which I live in, but I do my best to maintain healthy (yin yang balanced body) choices for sustainability. I felt last night, as I have often felt during my life, far too many people feel eating beef is the most important aspect of a healthy diet. For me this could not be further from the truth as my body simply cannot digest it.

As I sat in a room of mostly unhealthy, overweight citizens, it occurred to me how closed minded those can be when it comes to diet and the alternatives which are overlooked due to the perception this is an industry which we have to depend on. I have been a vegetarian for 30 years in my adult life, am strong and healthy, living proof meat is not necessarily of dietary importance for a healthy body. I do take offence when some criticize alternative protein choices without truly understanding what they are talking about. While I can agree in recent times we have been introduced to harmful products such as soy meat alternatives, many of us understand the consequences of adding them to our diet. Those who do not are as susceptible to making other poor lifestyle choices, such as getting the vaccine, because it is about vulnerability due to misinformation and manipulation of facts. To assume meat is required by all, and therefore the industry should be supported by all is as crazy as assuming we should all become muslims in order to be saved.

What most people seem incapable of hearing as I tell my story, is I have lived through what they have only just read about. I have been in a conspiracy since I was born, knowing from the beginning this is where I would find myself, while continuing to hope otherwise. This was the Grandmothers message from my last post. I knew when I came into this life my voice would not be heard, my knowledge untapped, my story too crazy to be believed. She reminded me of this understanding and yet insisted through her close embrace, despite this emotionally difficult realization, I must continue to persevere, find another way. The Grandmothers, my father and my Spirit guides have been supporting my journey, I have not been abandoned, nor will I be. The most challenging aspect of my journey, accepting this truth. For many years, it seemed impossible to believe they had not abandoned me as I struggled with the oppressive life I found myself in, my voice silenced. To be silenced, to have choice removed, is where we are all heading.

We are in a spiritual fight, not a political one. Until we can let go of our dependency on government to fix this, we will not make headway. It is only when we can accept the Power of One (the means by which you visualize this your own), and ignore the differences which separate us, that we can move towards the light and away from this agenda. If we could all just turn off the media, we would soon discover the truth; the constant updates have led us to perceive this situation as being powerful, bigger than our ability to stop it, or worse something we should accept as truth.
Our strength will come from love, the only way in which we will defeat this, not fear, vaccines, masks, politics, anger or hate. If you think we are not in a war for our freedom, then you are further into the rabbit hole than those you criticize for being there. Many are lost, however, in the warrens, encouraging them to run in the circles of distraction. My focus remains on the fight for freedom of choice, freedom of movement – the rest of the issues only complicate the main issues and can wait. If we do not win this particular and singular right to choose without fear of reprimand, then chances of standing up against the other issues we face, are impossible. The domino effect will be rapid.
