I found the information quite useful because of my anxiety attacks. But as you will find it is also informative in its relationship to increasing your immunity and defending yourself against any type of illness.

There’s not really too much to add to this post as the video explains itself I think. I found it by accident and was curious because I though it might help me with my anxiety attacks.
